A custom Gemini system prompt acts as the full creative team. It generates 10 viral conflict ideas (organs, objects, habits, food, historical figures), then produces the complete script with Moroccan Darija Arabic dialogue, over-the-shoulder camera prompts for both characters, and detailed animation instructions for every single scene — strictly 8 seconds per scene. You can also request any topic and scale the dialogue to 30+ minutes.

3D Characters & Animation
Google Flow (Nano Banana model — zero credits) generates photorealistic Pixar-style characters from the Gemini prompts. To create the shot/reverse-shot conversation effect, ask Gemini to "reverse the camera" and it outputs the opposite OTS prompt. If Flow credits run out, switch to Grok — upload the image, select Animate Image, paste the prompt. Grok also upscales to HD.

Voice Consistency — ElevenLabs
AI video tools generate inconsistent voices between clips. The fix: export each animated clip to CapCut, extract the audio, upload to ElevenLabs Voice Changer, select Darija Arabic with Multilingual mode, and assign a fixed voice per character. Character A now sounds identical in every scene across the whole video.

Final Edit & Watermark Removal — CapCut
Sync the ElevenLabs audio, mute the original AI audio. Remove Vidu or Flow watermarks without paying: select all clips → Compound Clip → Crop the bottom strip. The result is a cinematic letterbox look with black bars, or stretch to fill. Export and publish.
